Marcin Wolasiewicz, Crew Operations Director, West 

Marcin joined V.Ships Poland in March 2018 as a Crew Operations Director, West. He relocated from Singapore where he was responsible for Crewing Operations for the regions of Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East.

After graduating from the University of Szczecin, Poland with an M.Sc. in Maritime Transportation, Marcin sailed mainly on oil, chemical tankers and OBO-type vessels, and eventually commenced his shore-based career in 1999. Having initially worked with a tanker ship-owner in Sweden, Marcin joined Stolt Tankers and ran the training and development teams based in Houston and Rotterdam. Thereafter, Marcin moved to lead sea personnel function for a US-based tanker ship-owner and eventually became the General Manager of their technical management office in Singapore. Immediately before returning to Singapore and joining V.Group, Marcin was assigned with Stolt Tankers' office in Manila.

Apart from his science degree, Marcin also holds a business degree from the Australian Maritime College, Maritime Logistics and Management, including International Human Resources Management.


Ewa Babs, Head of Finance, Crew Management West

Ewa joined V.Ships at the beginning of 2013 and is tasked with managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

Her first assignment was the implementation of specialized accounting software used within V.Group's offices.

Ewa started her professional career in one of the largest auditing companies, gaining the title of Certified Accountant.

Prior to joining V.Ships, she also worked in the building construction sector and considers the change not only to be a challenge, but an opportunity for development.

Agnieszka Bialowiejska-Mokot

Agnieszka Bialowiejska-Mokot, General Manager, Offshore

Agnieszka joined V.Ships in March 2013 and is responsible for the recruitment process of crew for offshore and tanker vessels.

She graduated from Gdynia Maritime Academy in 1999 and since then has been working in crewing for various ship management companies. Agnieszka is part of a nautical family.

Promoted to the position of Crew Manager in July 2013, she is now also responsible for the crew cell performance. In April 2015 she became Head of Crewing Department and in May 2017 was promoted to Crew Operations Manager.


Dariusz Jellonnek, General Manager           

Dariusz first joined V.Ships in 1995 as deck officer on board a general cargo vessel. He worked his way up the ranks in various V.Ships fleets to take his first command in 1998 and he worked as Master until 2012.

In 2013 Dariusz joined Seafarers Training Division in Glasgow as Marine Training Superintendent and his first assignment was to provide "Safety in Teamwork" training for V.Ships Germany fleet. He was then assigned to V.Ships UK to support and integrate a newly absorbed fleet. During that time he was also involved in number of vessel and office audits, accident and incident investigations.

In 2013 Dariusz was heavily involved with V.Ships Poland compliance with MLC 2006 requirements as Quality Manager.

Finally in January 2015 he joined V.Ships team in Gdynia, Poland as General Manager, responsible for service delivery and operations performance.


Agata Suwalowska,HR Manager, Crew Management West  

Agata joined V.Ships in July 2018 as the HR Manager responsible for West region in Crew Management division.

She graduated from the Gdansk Univertity with Master's degree in Law. She has completed a number of postgraduate studies and many trainings, not only related to the HR management area, but also to leadership, project management, tax law.

She has more than 20 years' experience in HR management in commercial, retail and international manufacturing companies.


Maciek Bejm, Business Development Director, Offshore

Maciek started his career in the industry in 2004 in the HR department of a major ship management company in Poland.

After working in crew operations for the offshore fleet, he moved to the Isle of Man in 2007 where he was part of the team responsible for a fleet of 18 vessels operating in West Africa and Europe.

He joined V.Ships in 2008 as Recruitment Officer, before being promoted to Recruitment Manger in 2010, General Manager in 2012 and Managing Director in 2013.

In 2014, he was appointed to the position of Crew Operations Manager (Offshore).

In 2018 Maciek was promoted to Business Development Director. He is currently based in the Copenhagen office.
